If you're fit, every time you reach a certain age, you want life to continue, so don't think like a 20 year old with short term vision!

I would better eat whatever i like, live my life to the fullest maybe till maybe 60-70 years (if God permits) and leave this world peacefully instead of living a rabbit life eating and nimbling only green vegetables and living 110 years of boring life and burden to the family...

Eat whatever you like in reasonable quantities, your body will show you the results in size, shape, skin texture, hair growth, glow etc, etc. Input equals output; choice is yours. Do in haste and repent at leisure.

If one really works in the office then he may not be obese or have cholestrol. So this is for people who sit at home and have fun. For them eating nine times a day watching TV is like a fun thing to do.
