nobody is safe in these cabs of delhi or anywhere. the cab of nearby vicinity is called and that's that. he is untrained and dangerous. one told me I have to drive fast as had to hurry home. other extra money for evening. time and time it is happening then there is law which sets the person free because of a bad system not related to need based problems. criminal goes home citing poverty and the common person is a slave to him as the system watches shaking hands at difficulties and so on on on

SC can outlaw rape, murder, crime by a law that helps victim family to survive @ cost of aggggressor.Now victim has to spend for justice, by new law the aggressor has to spend- so there is no incentive for rape, murder crime.confiscate all properties of father, mother sisters, brothers or kin .No one will bea criminal- so simple!.If there is a fradulent crime the suspect victim has to pay.No crime, no cases, less courts, we save taxes, no fear.
