Is it distinguishable ?

1.In today's smartphone growth the major factors distinguishing them from one another are : Being TOUGHER, FASTER, LONGER/WIDER SCREEN; and BATTERY.
Here, Motorola's new phone definitely SCORES.

2. INTEL, the Processor Giant, is late in Mobile Game; Motorola went from pioneer to an also ran. But now, Motorola is owned by GOOGLE, a BIG name. But, if this partnership proves to be dynamic and value driven, it can possibly be a turn-around model and regain some of the lost mobile lustre for Motorola; just as in the case of NOKIA and MICROSOFT.

To fight an established giant like Apple, in open source platform(s) with no exclusivity, one needs strategic partnerships who have created a name in a niche field/area/product.

3. For consumers it is a blessing that such players are bringing more variety.
