Not only congress. But others also. Get prepared for the worst. Same will be the fate with all Political Parties of India. Only prodigals, in-laws, illegals,keeperrs of feudals run the politics in India. No real peasants and villagers ever smile today. All worried. They are are dreaming for some Avvtaars to come. Not bothered who and what. At least they can eat their sweat.
Turn your head to the left looking over your left shoulder slowly and then to the right looking over your right shoulder. Do this for 4-5 times when anyone offers you food. This is the best way to loose weight.

jaydeep do one thing. give herballife for free. I will give it to lot of ppl who want to lose weight. If they lose weight they wil pay the money to you else you get to lose money for making false promise.

If you ask any nutritionist, he will tell you healthy and fastest rate of weight loss is about 1 pound a week - that approximately equates to 9 pounds or 4 Kg's. Any thing beyond that needs to be done only in special circumstances and under close professional administration ... frequent medical examinations.
This is something better left to professionals rather than a 'Jaydeep Ghosh' whose qualifications are not verified. I would personally advise people to heed to professionals who are ready to take bottom line for the suggestions they give ... not any marketing people posting 'ads' in the guise of 'advise'
People of nation have a big problem of the inflation. If they can eat then only their wt will high. But in MMS rule nobody has a chance to gain the wt. because since onward everybody has to cut of everything to HALF due to doubled prices since last 2-3 yrs. JAI HO SONIA & Unke CHAMCHE!
If you really want to lose weight please vote for Congress in the coming elections.As it is,most of us are half dead and if Congress and MMS/Amul Baby again come to power with their policies they will reduce us to size zero.

Yes, you are right we wouldn't be able to buy or eat anything thereby reduce to size-zero because of inflation....Thats a good thought but all the Babus and Netas are Overweight...How will they reduce then if they come back to power ?

There is any gurantee, if BJP will come in Power, no inflation same like now? No one can predict in advance
The best trick is Eat more, then only one can loose weight. It may sound absurd but thats how it is. Now trick is you will have to eat at regular interval say every 3hrs and eat food with less calorie. Green salad (cucumber, water melon musk melon, papaya etc) avoid fruits which is too sweet (mango, banana etc). Quantity should be in control even for salad. I am sure this works.. If want to gain eat more, same rule but calorie in take should be more!!!

Congress hiking the prices of everything. Hence no way the weight will increase! The stage has now came to reduce half including diet, milk, fruits etc. If you do that then ultimately your wt. will be half !
