- Large screen size (4") is a must now; Apple is already late on this. Specially with gaming and video streaming becoming more popular.
- 4G LTE is also a must need cum requirement now; specially for any high-end phone(s) if one wants to be in tune with the times. Verizon, AT&T, and even Sprint (carriers) coverage has progressed very much already in this direction.
- Will it be a 19 pin dock connector OR as rumour also goes (though unlikely) a 8-pin dock connector? In any case Apple is likely to be the ONLY Dock Connector "ADAPTOR" providers !!! How's it ? Additional cost !!!
- iPhone 3GS had a 3 MP model camera; iPhone 4 had a 5 MP model; iPhone 4S had a 8 MP model; Will the latest have a 12 MP model ?
- 2nd generation iPhone was named iPhone 3G; 5th generation was iPhone 4S; Will the latest be "iPhone5" or "The NEW Phone". In any case we know that Apple sticks to 'numbers' faithfully.

He is not talking nonsense. There is hardly any significant improvement. Rediff is touting LTE as a major breakthrough, but even this is catch up work. 3.5 inch to 4 inch is hardly revolutionary. Even if Apple announces that iphone5 cannot make any calls, fanboys will lap it up as a major breakthrough
