those who can afford heavy yearly engineering fees, rich people can take admission to engg, and real talented people maydeprived from high tech education due to his fathers poorness and not knowing techincal background, its haves and havenots plus 3 idiots can also good film to explian situation and teachers with no command over languages like english or less and technically inferior teach us the different tech subjects and politicians happy with their bread earning fees plus milking cow like educational institutes everywhere without quality teaching staff ,what sweet fruits you expect to such rotten system trees?,so many prosper only from if family background is educated and knowledge of current job industry and proper guidance to their children, otherwise some students just learn more and more, keep learning and industries even like IT,software donkeys like mastered specialisation in one brach only, nobody all rounder like 3 idiots hero mancho and all professors creating crops of donkeys like, baltkar upar balatkar karte rehenge

You cant speak up then you are bound to be exploited.Should have slapped professor and managers on the spot when they were crossing the lines. Now show your inherited culture and give them your kids so they get exploited too.

In the case of medical students, the degree is awarded only after completion of internship of one / two years. Which means, during the internship the student learns to apply the knowledge gained during college days.

Similarly, if internship of one / two years is made compulsory for engineering students, they will be able to apply the knowledge gained during college days more effectively. The case of Priya Lakshmi is testimony to this.

Working in Industry since 1990, in HR & Admin. Our education system does not focus on practical exposure in student programmes. Students are taught the syllabus for exam purpose. What they need for a job is the application part of knowledge and skill. Syllabus is not updated with the application modules and diversity of application. Only a few Faculty members update their subject with reviews. As a result, students will not get much about the practical aspects of that subject. Ultimately the they land up with sales, maintenance, support servive etc, but not their core interest/ aptitude. A few companies dare taking the freshers for the core subject related jobs. Unfortunately, after getting the basics of the job, the person look for higher salary, position etc; which the Company may not be able to give. He resigns for better prospects. The co. developed him as a technical expert remain loser. So, co. resort to select only experienced hands. NO waste of time. Who is to be blamed? Student or Company? I say, none of them. If the edn system is designed / modified to suit the employment market, companees can fearlessly appoint the right talent and students can make good of their oppotunity for self development with org growth. This problem is not only with the Engg/ Technical students and jobs, but also for the non technical/ Service sectors. Medical profession is better -Doctor/ Nursing staff- are getting trained during the course itself. Similar/ better approach can make ch
