To live a happy life, never take loan of any kind. Always live within your means.If at all you need to show-off at the supermarket/mall or any outlet, use debit card instead of credit card.

don't even think of a loan / credit cart...we can live suffice with our earnings..as our grandparents...dont make yourself suffocate..
taking 15Lacs home loan and paying till lifetime and leave it to your son is no good for urself...

Interest paid on Home loan is tax-exempted. So technically instead of paying tax we can pay the part of interest to the bank. On the other hand we are getting the property at today's price.

If we liquidate FD, part od interest earned will be eaten away by the penalty.

Try to live within your limit. No loan required other than a housing loan or unexpected medical expenses. All other unwanted expenses are imposed.

really true. taking loan is easy but handling EMIs that to for a very long time is very hard. Must be avoided.
