I suppose it's Machhapuchare (fish tail) as seen from as long as Pokhara town! I did complete the circuit in 1987 & my memories r still vivid! Thanx for taking me into the nostalgia.
I did it for 30 (thirty) years, in many parts of Himalaya ( from 1968 to 1998. It's unsatiable indeed! Opened many new routes for advanrure & satisfaction and gained luv from natives fromJ&K, Garhwal,Kumaon and Himchal Prardesh. Plan & attempt a trek atleast once in a year & keep fit..... i was in the army, had chance to trek several areas. J&K, sURANKOT TO PIRPANJAL PASS IS ONE, URI TO mALANGAN, NAOGAON TO TUTMARI GALI AND DOWN. iN nefa, Sange to Yangyapla to Sela via eastern route and yangyapla to mago or to yangyapla to gunsen and thjimpi and end at main highway.
