What's a college after all?

In today's world, all the knowledge you want is there on the internet. But then who has the passion to search for them and learn anything. Colleges provide a setup where you are forced to maintain the minimum attendance and get a degree after writing some papers in the end.

Online education will serve the purpose of learning only if you are highly motivated.

All that people want are certificates so that they can apply for a job. It will be interesting to watch how people accumulate tons of certifications and still may not be fit for any job.
