Hi Guys,Very bad experience with the Samsung Galaxy Ace Duos.Very first thing cant use net on GSM,company doesnt mention this anywhere on the box or in adverisements... Has been troubling me since the first week of purchase.Battery drained very fast,phone heated up.About a month later the mic stopped working. The company has attempted repairs SIX times-NO RESULT. Twice motherboard changed, once battery changed,once charger changed,twice formatting done,twice software reloaded. Inspite of all this phone still behaves as before. Asking samsung for a replacement whic they are refusing saying we are checking the phone. This what is called customer satiafaction? Samsung Style.
