What is the point?

If you cant eat anything and live life like this, what is the point of even the reduced weight? I am not saying splurge on junk food, but eat like a normal human being of 19th century did before the advent of junk, and you will be alright

This kind of weight loss program works very well, but you are forced to keep your tongue and discipline for life-time. I have reduced 20 kg through controlling diet and hitting gym for cardio for 30 minutes everyday. I retained the weight for a few months, but gained everything back and even more when I started to slowly reduce gym habits (7 days to 3 days) and increased food intake (2 phulkas with sabzi or 1 bowl rice) for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Incidentally, before starting the weight-loss program, I never went to gym and used to have much bigger meals, but I still maintained the weight for at least 10 years, without ever increasing it.

This is just a word of advice for people looking for weight-loss program. Get into it only if you can stick to it for the rest of your life. If not, be cautious.

Yoga/gym/morning walks are a good way to wellness and remain healthy and active but much of less help good weightloss, also you need to have time and consistency for it to continue. But you know, I lost 16 kg in 4 months and 6 inches from my waistline, until now I have lost 18 kg (77 kg to 59 at present). If you wanna know, call me Rahul 9312276025

Thank you mr Srinivasan for ur posting it seems diet control is the key. I have been doing lots of exercise in gym but of no result from last month i also started diet control(no cooked food for dinner only milk and papaya ) and have reduced to 85 from 88 kgs .

Unfortunately when this regime is not continued all the weight comes back with Vengeance,
so this is kind of life long sentence one has to impose himself curbing the tongues wishes and succumb to weight reduction only life.

so it is individual choice how to lead life with this kind of stale food and trying to trim down constantly.
