Junk food and Idiot box

Give up eating junk food … and eating while watching TV.
Sedentary nature of TV viewing constant exposure to food ads = recipe for disaster.

General Public has been giving up many things. Now unless our politicians give up few things, no body in the country can be happy

Rezina, if you are serious about your question, here's the answer.
Everyone who starts going to the gym for the first time or after a small break experiences that. Give your muscles some rest for 3-4 days and go to the gym again. That's the key. You will not feel that pain again as your muscles are getting tuned to the work-out.
Main point to note is that you have never used those muscles till now for your day-to-day activities.
I am saying this from my experience.
Hope this helps.

That is pretty obvious actually, you are out of shape, start slow, eat well, rest and then do this the next day. I promise you in two weeks time all the problems will go away.
I started at 96 KG and had pain and fatigue when I exercised. Now I am 80 KG, no pain and lots of energy. It did take almost 2 years but it is worth it.
