NEFT and RTGS are used only for interbank transfer of funds. For intrabank transfer of funds CORE banking solution is used. Kindly clarify to the readers.

Really it is useful to general public. After a long time, Rediff came out with a good article. In consultation with Reserve Bank of India, Rediff may publish the procedure to check the counterfeit notes by ordinary layman/general public.

what does these terms means?Received a SMS that TDR/STDR No.xxxxxxxxx maturing on XXXXXX Pl.give instruction or else the deposit will be rolled over for the original term'Pl.advise on the issue.

TDR = Term Deposit Receipt
STDR= Short Term Deposit Receipt.
Either we have to renew or encash the Deposits on maturity/due date, which is mentioned on the face of the Deposit Receipt itself.

minimum quarterly balance....but check it out..nowdays bank are asking to maintain minimum monthly balance.
