why all transgenders are women?

I admire her success. But I always had a question, why all transgenders are originally men turned to women? I've not seen any transgender who is born biologically woman but psychologically being a man !! Don't they exist due to any scientific reason? do they have any name?

There's an electrician in Kerala who changed from F to M. A sports person from Sri Lanka also holds the same status.

If a woman wear pants and shirts, it is acceptable to society. But not vice versa.
