Wake up @ 4.15 am; run 5 to 5.30 am; Gym 5.30 to 6.30 am (light weight) Taekwondo (my choice)7 to 8.30 am !!!! Have a bulky breakfast: 10 boiled eggs, Oats & Muesli with half ltr milk..lunch @ 12; snacks @ 4 pm and dnr @ 7.30 pm, Sleep b4 9.30 pm. Follow for 6 days a week and go out to enjoy on sundays...I am sure rest of your life you don have to read any rediff post on weight reduction.

and i don talk abut what to eat and what not. Eat everything whatever you can. Only thing is work hard to burn them.....Some may say i am a crazy however, i believe living like a LION...

its better to follow my routine.. get up at 6...run from 6 to 7...gym from 7 to 8....run from 8 to 9...gym from 9 to 10...run from 10 to 11...gym from 11 to 12...lunch at 12(eat 2 kilos mutton)...sleep from 1 to 4...again run from 4 to 7....gym from 7 to 8...then dinner(2 kilos chicken)..sleep at 9.

that's a hilarious one!! The best laugh I had since long. I think this fellow works in a butcher shop at 12.. and in gim at rest of the time.

if u eat chicken night u will not run right so the fat is produced in ur stomach and it increases

after u eat 2 kilos of chicken u will not run right than it will be the fat in ur body u have to eat ur dinner before 2hrs gng to bed
