Yoga/gym/morning walks are a good way to wellness and remain healthy and active but much of less help good weightloss, also you need to have time and consistency for it to continue. drinking upto 8 ltrs of water a day is only going to put lots of pressure on the kidneys.. 8 glasses of water/day is normal.
