Yoga/gym/morning walks are a good way to wellness and remain healthy and active but much of less help good weightloss, also you need to have time and consistency for it to continue. But you know, I lost 16 kg in 4 months and 6 inches from my waistline, until now I have lost 18 kg (77 kg to 59 at present). If you wanna know, call me Rahul 9312276025

I can personally vouch for Narasimman's hard work . I was part of the group that he mobilised to go for a jog in the mornings. He is an inspiration.

I lost 22 kgs by

1 Walking 4 kms a day

2 Eliminating sugar and sweet items, butter, bread

3 Eliminating fried and junk food

4 Reducing salt

5 Drinking 8 ltrs of water every day

6 Reducing food intake of chapaties. One chapati in lunch, half in dinner with no ghee/butter
on them.

7. Dal without ghee/butter

8 Increasing fruits, vegetables by 3 times. 1.5 kgs per day

How many months it took in reducing weight? Do you feel weakness?

drinking upto 8 ltrs of water a day is only going to put lots of pressure on the kidneys.. 8 glasses of water/day is normal.
