With poor outlook for year-end By Associated Press, Published: October 18
HELSINKI — Nokia Corp. reported Thursday that its third quarter net loss widened further to €969 million ($1.27 billion) with a 19 percent plunge in revenue,
as it struggles against the dominance of Samsung and the iPhone in the tough smartphone market.
Net sales dropped to €7.2 billion ($9.45 billion), and Nokia gave a grim outlook for the rest of the year as it prepares for this fall’s launch of Microsoft Corp.’s new phone software, Windows Phone 8.

Do you know how to read a balance-sheet? Check their revenues and margin, they are well poised for rebound pretty soon. Also do you know apple pays $1 billion to Nokia everywhere to use it's patents? I don't think it's going down anytime soon. Worst case scenario MSFT may buy it.

Wait for a month and the price will come down. 35k is reasonable price for this. Nokia phone always get cheaper within a month

it has an exceptional camera hence the price. Go for Lumia 820 if you need all the features except this super camera
I've heard that Nokia Lumia turned out to be an epic fail contest against Android phones. I am not sure how good it is, so its better if someone who uses Lumia tells us if its really worth its price.

My friend bought Lumia last week. The phone looks awesome with cool features. Nothing less than Android.

Lumia 820 will be the right choice for most users
1. Outlook integration is fab 2. Tiles and feel is really good 3. My 800 has been very stable, not needed to reboot even once. 4. App store has stuff that one needs, but if you are migrating from Android you might find some missing. For example nike run or runkeeper. 5. Nokia Drive and Nokia City Lens are great applications differentiating it from HTC
