bottom line is u need sunlight for benefit of vitamin D. For Indians daily exposure at least half an hour preferably before 4 p.m. so as to get maximum UV ray exposure.

Our craze for White Skin.. has deprived us of Sun exposure... there by we are Vitamin D deprived... and finally we are the country with Maximum Arthritis & Osteoporosis cases....
