people who use coconut oil for cooking have 90% greater chance of heart attack when compared to any other oil .this is practical and u can see around u.

i think ur observation is wrong. pls chk which state in india has the highest heart attack rate.
except groundnuts all other nuts are expensive even for middle class leave alone poor people. The number of nuts mentioned in each nut is not possible to eat. Everyday we can consume 4 badam, 4 pista, half walnut,groundnuts, kissmiss and 4 cashew nuts. Only this is possible. Other quantity mentioned can be eaten only by film stars and Tata/Birla

30gm , i think is a very minimum quantity and can be afforded by middle class if we r health concious
Ground nuts is the best & it is cheap. poor people can purchase easily.cultivate the habit of eating pulses , green vegetables regularly. Eat ragi based food thrice in a week . Drink plenty of curd milk . Do Pranayama, it will cure all your ailments
No fruits can save you if you continue eating stale junk food, fried items in adulterated edible oils, burger, pizza, samosa, vada pava, banana ripended in calcium cabide, food grains grown by using chemical fertilizers like urea, pesticides, milk made from caustic soda, inhale poisonous air with Carbon monoxide, effect of radiation, rat race for survival and so on.
Don't just go by this article that " You must eat NUTS"! Yes nuts are good for you. before you start eating them with mouth full get your self checked for Nut allergy. Nut allergy is a killer, and can kill in seconds before you have time to call a doctor.
Nuts eaten in moderation is good for health and acts against cholesterol, cancer etc. However its abuse will lead to adverse effects. Secondly, coconuts and its oil are anti oxidants - good for health

coconut oil is the most dangerous oil in world for heart, if u live in western countries pls check food calorie label on the product and compare others coconut oil has 90% of cholestyol compared to olive oil 5%.
