coconut oil is the most dangerous oil in world for heart, if u live in western countries pls check food calorie label on the product and compare others coconut oil has 90% of cholestyol compared to olive oil 5%.
I fully aggree that use of nuts viz. Walnut, almonds, pistachios actually reduces Cholestrol.I have been eating and found that it does reduce cholestrol to quite an extent.S.K.Jain
