i need a smart phone @ 10K with the following features..Standard brand, Dual SIM, Android ICS OS, both primary & Secondary camera, 2G & 3G connectivity, 512 MB RAM, min. 2GB internal storage, USB/WiFi port. pls suggest. not a joke..I am seriously looking at 10K with all the above features..pls do not comment nonsense..I hope it is available in the market as per my requirement

I suspect you are doing advertise of Micromax A100 here. :)
My friend bought it for 9700, but he was searching that model for almost 3 weeks in various shops. Almost out of stock these days. May be they want to relaunch it at better price since it has way too many features for it's price.
