Samsung has the Worst after sales service in the whole industry, my phone recently died just 2 weeks after the 1 year warranty and was given to service center for repairs and two weeks later its still not repaired, I had to take the phone back from them and give to a local technician to fix the issue, The customer service is appalling and ridiculous. They do not answer phone calls and made me wait for 2 hours just to say the phone is not repaired. Horrible after sales from samsung...

Never buy any products from Samsung. While I was there in the Service center I came accross huge crowds of people waiting for the phones to be repaired, even phones just 2 weeks old had motherboard issues and the service center guys were laughing and saying its a common issue. Absolutely worst products and service, Do not buy any Samsung Products. Better go with Sony, Motorola, Nokia

Dear Mr Suri mention an incomplete story,the microphone prob does exist but its nothing to do with the phone it was a firmware update that was not compatible microphone driver and can easily restored by upgrading the faulty firmware or do a factory reset after a full back up.
This phone has lot of problems! i.e. Microphone Malfunction, Network signal and overheating
I purchased this phone on 21st September 2012 from Janak Puri.
4 out of 10 times I am unable to hear anything while receiving the calls.
I contacted their Service centre but they refused to replace the phone.
I also called Samsung Customer care and informed about this problem and they assured me that some Sr. Manager will contact me but 10 days have passed but nothing happened.
At 34000/- one can get S3, so why one would by S3 mini for just 4000 less ?? 30000 is quite expensive for Mini. I think the reasonable cost would be 24 to 25k.
