college fee
by Himesh R on Oct 08, 2012 09:46 PM

They work there to pay off the college fee which is huge jump from high school to college !

In India, that's not the case where college fees are easily affordable by the parents !

So you can't compare this way !

Bacause in US, it is pride for every good looking & rich kid to start working in McDonald's or any reputed food chain to pay there tution fee so there Mom to flaunt that there kid is working in food chain so hard...

Even Sharon Stone used to work in MacDonald's...

Not possible in india !!! try to bring better analogy !!! Rediff!!!

Not really, there is good dignity of labor in US. Disparity in incomes between professions is much lesser. Besides, as others pointed out rightly, Jay Leno would have taken it out of compulsion, many kids do it during college times...

Yes in US either a american or Indian does local work to support his education and they wanted to live on their own.Rather pressing on their parents. But in India , even if you and your family dont have food for next day life ...still they dont do local works...reason we see things unequal..a indian sees another indian unequal...an indian sees some jobs as unclean...we see humans unequal...
