The person is just putting across a point of view, If you donot accept it it is fine. However, before questioning him please do understand the back ground he comes from. He is not some brat who is writting this, he is one of those experienced names who have spend considerable amount of time in the HR industry to write these articles. You have right to differ with his opinion but using such language and undermining his effort is definitely uncalled for.
