Job Interview

The writer is a person who has attended about 200 job interviews in small partnership firms to Corporate Companies his life. I do not agree to most of the points. The reason for my sucess is that I answers all questions put forward by the interviewer qucikly and correctly. A person who do not ask about emoluments during the interview will not be considered at all for the next interview. The employess must definitely ask about the salary package, date of salary, bonus, and number of holidays, paid leaves, in a year etc. The issue of timing also should be discussed. I suggest all candidates to always remember that this is not USA of UK but India. Here the mentality of the would be employers are completely different. In my opinion, positive anwsers, quick response, correct usage of language, alertness etc. are key issues here. Nothing else. Immediately on entering the office premises for interview, you should be alert and observe the existing employess attitudes, their standard, they neetness etc. from which we can pick up the overall status of the organisation to an extent. Then only the candidate should decide he should wait for the interview or not. I got selected in more than 180 interviews.

All the points mentioned are not suitable for this generation of interview people..

First of all, the interviewer does not know for what position is he interviewing for and also the HR of the company does not know how to induct resources...

Now-a-days for all it companies.. interview is a task to fill on time sheets...

Statistical records show that almost all the interview happened on all it companies from 2007 years are just to show the market that they have jobs but none was offered with the right offer letter...

So, to conclude its not the 11 points that give through the interview.. its only the known contacts that gets through the interview although the person does not possess right knowledge and skills...
