did they taught you have to suppress demonstrations like tiananmen?Did you read the mao's book?Did you learn how to take over neighbouring contry & supress local population like they did in tibet? What you did is help a country's economy who's citis shine like silver coin & in villages people die of hunger, cold & malunutrition.A nation that stands on graves & blood of their own people thats what china is.& by the way all of growth & devlopment of china is made at USA's mercy & will.

You are so depressed, poor Indian
Why not you asked yourself these questions too:
1. Are the majority of Chinese like Indians dirt poor that they live in slums with no water, no sanitary, no health, no nothing - in fact the poor Indians are not even human
2. Is China an open toilet like what Indians do in their country
3. Is 1/3 of China under Maoist rebels control like India is?
4. How many Kashmiris were killed by Indian soldiers as compared to the Tibetans
5. Was the Chinese Olympic so badly handled as what the Indians did to a smaller scale Commonwealth games
The list goes on.

1> Yes though percentage is less but all is not well.
2> Yes they have open tiolets too .Go n see west and central China.
3> No my friend whole China is under Maoist rebel ( finishing democracy 0
4> In India atleast u would get the fact atleast. In China no one knows how many killed.
5> Well first thing Commonwealth is second largest after Olympics so its not so called small scale and it was organised good too.Well here humans r not treated like machines so delay was there but oveerall function was good. Now if comparison matters then i can too find 100 defects in Beiling olympics.

1. We dont know how many poor are in China, because news is censored.
2. They will die because of cold, if they do.
3. We do not know, censored.
4. Ask any tibetan. They were not allowed to pray in their temples.
5. Govt can ask so many persons should learn this game, so many that.

The answers go on.

'China made me independent, self-reliant'!?

What a joke! An oppressive communist country like China makes you feel independent and self reliant?

This is nothing but Chinese brainwashing at its best!

It was challenging lifestyle change for me to move abroad and figure out things on my own - I had grown up and lived in Indiana for the previous 22 years, coddled by nearby friends and family. Thanks for your comment though!

I believe anytime you get out of your comfort zone, in Megan's case Indiana, you get smarter and independent. It is always good to study abroad (at least by part) if possible because education is not just a degree, it's better for you to learn how to interact with people from different cultures. Good luck!
