I appreciate writer for this good article. Most of the youngsters at present only depend on one degree in resume like BE/MBA for getting job and ultimately when they come out of college or lends in first job they find that they are not having any practical skills.

The Only "Thing" anybody needs to be ready with is the willingness and ability to your boss' posterior!

You may be the best talent in the world but you will ultimately (at some point in your career) encounter that one person who won't let you go anywhere career-wise till you start kissing his behind!

very truely said, apart from you qualification & experience, your relationship with your boss decides your fortune (this is applicable for an average performer and top slot personnel or IITians / IIM grad.)

Certainly ethics. You cannot have enforcement of every legal stipulation all the time. With ethics, law will not be required or required to be enforced. That's why all this Lokpal thing is so dumb. We need better citizens, not a super cop.

Yes, your conscience only can make the difference. "Iman" is must.
