Symantec India is known for it's layoff's. something or the other is always happening there. With not so great perks and constant fear this is not a place to work.

Agree.These HR people are expert in talking about policies. These people even don't know basic HR practice and out-source most the task. Every company has propaganad and no different than any other company. There are many good company. keep our job with you-You don't deserve our candidancy.
