Should diabetics eat fruits?

Many theories in the modern medical system are disputed.Generated by multinational companies and vested interests to protect and preserve their interests.Any thing exceeding a limit is dangerous.Fresh fruits are safe for the diabetics with a moderate limit.Often diabetics starve and also out of fear(phobia)dig their own grave with the blessing of their own doctors. the metabolic disorder ie diabetics can be permanently cured by Alternative Medicines

Jackfruit, Mangoes, Pineapples are to be avoided. The same goes for coconut water too.

have we evolved into a dull brainwashed creature? I mean the way above questions are being posed. If we ate fruit instead of garbage we would not have diabetes in the first place.

You are wrong Kieran. We are eating garbage nowadays. Fast foods like burgers, shakes have now become staple diets with the younger generation.

Diabetes onset need not necessarily always be due to eating habits. Check out Type 1 diabetes. Where prevention is not always possible, but management after onset is the key. So, elementary may be but useful too.
