You could have put at least some recipes that use ingredients found in India. One can make wonderful salads with local vegetables such as cucumber, tomato, carrots etc. and with dressings made from lemon, coriander, pepper, salt chillies etc. The salads shown here have imported or unavailable ingredients. How can a salad have bacon, shrimp, chicken and so on. If it has to be cooked, it is not a salad. Exception being potatoes and boiled beans.
