The success and failure both make meaningful impact around each of points of communication, how communication is engineered to balance any task further moves to decide success or failure of any thing besides other game of rule of business.
no communication is better than communication which is bitter while both individual and organization learn from each other and come to some consensus when harmonized and remain in clouds like the SUN
