Certain diseases are characterised by Disability but no pain.Human mind is adaptable to disability but pain can deter even those with indomitable spirit.Disabled in body cannot be equated to disabled spirit or mind.Mind can take flight to fantasy and make body do astounding feats more so if the disablilty is since birth or gradual.Aggain humans defer in character and personality some are type I and agressivethey never say die and can live life fully provided some other factors are conducive.
