Homeopathic Arnica Hair Oil prevents dandruff and promotes Hair Growth. It is the best Hair Oil; I used and had to visit my Barber twice a month instead of a monthly visit for hair cut. Surprisingly the writer has not mentioned it here.
TV channels are advertising 24 x 7 the virtues of various hair oils and how it will help your hair and avoid baldness. I don't believe any oil can help avoid baldness. Oil only will create dandruff and a stink. Don't use any oil. Wash your head twice daily and use shampoo regularly to remove all the pollutants that is accumulated on your hair and you should be fine. Don't ever waste your hard earned money on fancy hair oils. This is my experience of six decades!
I remember using coconut oil maybe around 2002 - have not touched it though I take head bath the every other day. Touchwood, so far hairfall problem hasn't started, but after reading this, I think I should restart it before it takes away my confidence...that's my hair....
Here in India we suffer from WET Dandruff.......and application of OIL is Contraindicated in such condition......Hence People ssuffering from dandruff, should first consult their doctors regarding the type of dandruff....only after that should they apply oil........
