be practical; the ias is now not serving the country; it is serving those who are bleeding the country; however; be that as it may; a total visual handicap is something that will always prevent efficiency and performance is a field oriented service; my full support for his achievement but he seems to be in the wrong slot.

Dont try to judge him you and I are not even 1/10th of his abilities. He scored in top 30% of all successful candidates including everyone.
