Yes, You are right. HR is the most corrupt department. I know of a HR who worked in 4 big companies to have access to employees databse. Then would use his nexus with Bank DSA, Insurance Agents to mobilze Loan products, market Credit cards, Insurance policies etc. He would get a sizeable kicback. This is the state of affairs in most companies. Guys, Corruption is Evolving. Beware...

HR dept is just for namesake. There actual job is to keep tabs on employees who are not liked by the Management and are on their radar so that they can be sacked.
