coaching helps applicants from delhi to obtain rank!
in tamil a proverb, taught word and the packaged home made food does not last the overnight journey!
the exam should be conducted over a period of 5 years! there should be improvement in the candidate every year! they should not exist to appear for the exam! but should have a full time career and support themselves financially! married one with children should be given a few marks as bonus!
i think the civil servants who come out of such grinding should prove better!
the present exam helps persons of means to stay in Delhi like cities, attend coaching classes, prepare themselves with a better chances for success!
Once one passed this, they live a fulfilled and dream life. Every morning when they get up, first thing comes to their mind is "I am an IAS". (IAS or any allied service)

NOT YOUR FAULT .When a person at no 1 he or she has 99 enemeies due to jealousy. can a illitrate person not be corrupt?ORother cast person can not be corrupt?
