I am working as Back office executive and not satisfy with the amount of knowledge i am receiving . I want to move to IT sector and the other option i have to go to Dubai and start job hunt. I am confused whether if i get chance in IT company or will i get job in dubai? i practice programing every day but always stuck in basics .Please advise whether i should try to find some job in dubai or should should i stay back and search job in IT sector? Time is running and its been 3 yrs I didn't find IT job or rather i never tried .

Sir,I have completed my b-tech(EC).I want to grow my carrier in networking profile.I have also done ccna and mcse training.Should i start my carrier with BPO(L1-desktop support)? Do the experience count for the same?
