yes the article is absolutely correct. Healthy heart, ricela, tandul ( available at most Sahakari bahndar outlets ) R some of the popular Rice bran oil brands. i have benefitted immensely using this oil for many years now... ! Yes the chemicals used to refine the oil shud not have any harmful effect / side effects on our bodies / internal organs ?

Refined oils have the Phytosterol removed from it , which has the benefit , therefore non refined Veg. oils are better.Rice bran oil needs more studies
good to read but the question remains as to how far the WHO is dependable in these days of corporate-influenced cut-throat-competition between various sides. All the same it seems a sane advice to use rice bran oil provided it is free from chemicals used in fine-tuning the products. It needs more publicity for better understanding and acceptability by the masses. h.c.pandey

You should only buy products made by PSUs or Khadi Bhandars. In fact, I think all of India's problems can be solved if the Government opens thousands of PSUs. All Indians can have jobs without the need to work.
