This sounds like a CV sprucing exercise for Rich brats who will eventually apply to US universities once they pass 12th. There application will get a boost if they are taught by US profs and 1 lakh is ntn for rich kids.
Can a course teach how to be an entrepreneur..i doubt.. At best, they will tell you how to write business plan, details of VC and angel funds etc.
To be an entrepreneur there are some basic (by birth,,,generic) stuff required. Banana is banana....mango remain mango. How effective may be training...a banana cannot be made mango. It is yet another gimmicks played by goras..to make money.

if so thn why do local shops, object to entry of MNC INTO RETAIL> THEIR GENERIC BIRTH ETC SHOULD TAKE CARE OF THEM?
When institutions decide about their fees according to their standing in the field, only the persons who can afford the same will opt for it. When faculty members have to be brought from foreign countries and honorarium has to be paid, the fees has to be justified. When education has become a marketable commodity around the globe, it is open for the institutions to fix their rate. When faculty of international reputation take classes, naturally the fees will be on the higher side.
They will teach you how to take these classes in various parts of India. You can charge Rs 1,00,00/- per participant ( giving the same logic ) and make a living !!!!
"It costs more for someone to travel to New York stay there for a week and attend this course". It is like selling a Shimla apple for 2000 Rs, and arguing that it will cost you more if you go to Shimla to get this apple.
