1. How to sharpen those bio sensors so that they tell brain just in time that i am full.
2. I eat fast and still chew completely. Am i ok here?
3. "Put your cutlery down between each bite". My cutlery is not bio degradable so will i not harm myself if i put them in between my bites?
4. Drink water between morsels? Seriously? I was told as kid not to drink water before and after food for 30 mins because water is processed by kidneys and food by stomach etc so can't allow body to get confused by mixing khaana and paani. Mojo you need to answer this.

Very rightly said. The reasons for not drinking water atleast after 30 minutes is helpful in digestion as it does not allow the thick digestive enzymes to get diluted there by causing the foods to get broken to tiny particles.

It is also a Hadees one shud not drink water before or after food for atleast 30 mins and Subhanallah science is prooving now after 1400yrs and ppl are following it now
It's bad that people drive and dine together. It can easily lead to any sort of minor or major accidents. Young boys, say, teenagers, love to do so out of adventure, entertainment and joy. But, it should not be done by anyone.- J K Sharma JNV Theog Shimla
In this slide it is written: Drink water between morsels. Which is a total nonsense. By drinking water between morsels you will dilute the digestive jucies and it will hamper digestion. Now this is called copy paste job without verfying the facts
