My dear agarwal. Our Reverred ( or abused ) Home Minister, who was the then, Finance Minister, intoduced the Service Tax Regime !!! You might be wondering why Kingfisher Airlines Airlines is cribbing so much about Taxes when they are making losses and there is no left over profit to pay Taxes. ( Forget unpaid salaries to Pilots and other staff ) The Servicde Tax is a TAX you have to pay IRRESPECTIVE of whether your organisxation ( say, like Kingfisher Airlines ) is making PROFITS or not. !0 to 12 percent of your turnover ( Which may not even be enough for making PROFITS is paid to Government even if you Ship is sinking !!!! What an irony !!!! Service Tax has been the biggest Revenue earner as the tax is paid whether you make profits or sink in deep waters. Lewt the doomed be doomed is the motto of Service Tax !!!!

govt is treating all the citizens (except govt employees) as brokers. Each citizen collects service tax from other citizens and pays to govt. It is worse than JIZYA tax of Aurangzeb.

I would like to advice you that 95 % of the offers on the in ternet are SCAMS The remaining ones either exploit you or make your job so tiring that you eventually decide to give up.
