Aguada fort built in 1912? Please get your dates right.Colva is the second longest beach in India, next to Marina, why is it not included. So many other beaches are left out.

Dont take it seriously, rediff has listed only the photos which they have. They need to collect some more beautiful beaches.

Konkan Beaches
by Ramesh Nakhwa on Mar 21, 2012 10:37 AM  | Hide replies

Tell the author to visit beaches in Konkan region of maharashtra. He will perhaps forget Goa. This is manipulated article. Typical of people who cannot see beyond their nose tips.

Good beaches missed out in Goa - Colva (Silver Sand) beach, Anjuna beach, Vagador etc.
There are so many beautiful beaches in Kerala which are missed out in this list.
I have no clue how Candolim is No. 1. If the intention was to have a mug of beer, then you need not go to a beach, can have it in a pub..

Top Ten Beaches of India
by Anand YNI on Mar 21, 2012 10:24 AM  | Hide replies

The author has obviously not seen beyond Goa & a couple of other places. While I admit Varkala and Andaman & Nicobar islands are amongst the top ten, there are many moe places besides Goa along the Eastern and Western Coasts of India, especially Odisha and Tamil Nadu.
