There is no way one can stop crimes against women. The attraction between man and women is natural law. Nobody can control it. But some precautions would reduce the crimes.
Ladies should accept their vulnerability and behave carefully. For example, do not travel alone after midnight. There is nothing to feel ladies feel inferior by accepting their weakness. Can a man move freely in a jungle consisting tigers?
Secondly, stop saying moral police etc when people advise against kiss-of-loves, Valentine etc. It may be o.k. for some liberal advanced people. But that creates problems to some dignity mined women.
Thirdly, India should send a team to gulf nations to learn and get trained how to minimize crimes against women. I believe ladies are much safer in gulf nation.
They people in India dare to commit crime because the Law is not tough with the criminals. Once India imposes Quranic law, then Nobody will dare to do any crime, even staring or teasing will be stopped forever. Nobody would dare to take the bribe because the hands will be cut if found guilty. Bigger crimes like rape and murder will almost vanish.

An effective implementation of existing laws can reduce kr1mes to great extent.The police ,the socuiety,the politician all make the system vulnerable to k0rruption n hence rise in kr1mes

Well said Ramkrishnan. Not only women but all the citizens will be safe from the crimes.
Every Indian knows that these part of india still sees women as commodity and do not have any respect for them. That is why most crime you will hear from these areas. Eveteasing,gundagiri,gali gali-galoj is their day to day affair. So nothing to prove here...it is open book...
Men in UP, Haryana and Northern regions are raised by their families like that even if they do anything wrong, the parents justify it. The Jats, Gujjars believe that it is their right to rape a women and they do not have any respect for girls and women. Have a small fight with them and u know what they will say "Do you know to which village I belong to" which means that the entire village is into Gundaism and Vandalism.
1. All women/Girls should possess handguns and shoot at anyone who indulges in there view in misbehaviour.
2. All men should be obliterated by women so the menance will not be there.
3. Police Force should be staffed purely by women since they are in all walks of life including Armed Forces. Men should be kicked out of these services and made beggars. And should be under nourished.

India certainly needs our Half population to come out to harness the possuibilitiesof their capacities to lead us into a great Economy. Police andadministrations ,unfortunately do notact peremptorily to uphold safety of our young Ladies coming to work .Some hard steps are essential if this progress is not going to become a shame for all of us.D.
