Some old villagers still use caste name behind their name. The society shd ignore these caste monsters and gorillas who think mentioning their caste in their name will make them proud.

Some don't have last names with caste but still behave castist...
Iyer was given his last name by his parents and for all that matter he could be a non castist.
Read his article, get enlightened, get motivated and not distract reasers or don't get distracted yourself seeing his name.
The moment you start seeing last name and determine what this person could be, that shows you are a even bigger Castist.

really am a bit guilty as well, moment i see some name with a caste as a surname usually they do come from a family who is really proud of their caste. Incidentally there is a Prakash iyer in my office, who has changed his surname by himself on purpose.
Basic freedoms bestowed upon by Democracy, Speech. And Journalistic Independence in a private setting if not hired as a professional. But still, corrupt means aren't appreciated buddy. Like I said before, Bribe is before and Gratuity is after.
