main obstacle( problem)career changers is that, they have to face all kind of ego from juniors, colleques , seniors and from others beacuase all of all them will try to take adv on the lagging of the new comer and most of them try to demotivate him. for any career changer it is not so easy to achieve success ..

if its on campus , u guys are still in coll..n coll life is same for every where,,u follow what u have been following for years...u have seen it all ,,how your seniors got through ..When it comes off campus,,,n especially for those who are not perfect with their marks n all,,,they need to understand first basic rule,,,dun try to look for a dream job,,,thers nothin like a dream job for a fresher,,,after working decades ,,people still dun know if thats their dream job or not,,look for a job where u see you can fit your self with ur knowledge n calibre,,,ONLY ONE THING MATTERS AND THAS SELF CONFIDENCE,,,u got that ,,its enough,,for those who think they lack self confidence or down in life due to some personal issues etc ,,,they better start applying for some jobs where they do not want to enter...whenu got nothing to loose,u can loose nothin,,but facing interviews will boost confidence,,,have patience n be positive....
