and also open back door. So far indian women fall short of expectation on these two fronts. Although new generation has improved on these but still miles to go untill they can compete with their western counterpart.

Tell this mDr Swapan Ghosh we are not all living in luxury where space belongs to us and us only, we live in families and where time and space is limited even in nights. Not every one lives in a flat wher they can throw a party for both of them finishing in the bed or where ever they want. we live in houses wher our families are part of us day and night. beside we do to need to taught by any one doctor or no doctor. 1.5 billion of Indian citizens are proof of it that what ever, where ever and in any which way we are successful. WE KNOW WHAT WE ARE DOING AND HAVE BEEN DOING RIGHT SINCE THE DAWN OF LIFE ON EARTH. Tips of these fools are not worth a been.

Its a fact... You will not get aroused by looking at them. Now do not get upset. We have to accept the brutal reality first before improving.
Its not just being ugly.. Most are unathletic, have weak bodies and cannot sustain any pressure. Hence it looks like 2 Mice are having a quickie in a corner.
The solution is - 1)Present yourself properly to your partner. 2) Eat proper diet with lots of protiens. Cut down on Carbs, sweets and sugars... 3) Go to Gym and work out 4 days every week. Do power training... 4) Groom yourself properly. No matter how ugly you are, if you groom yourself properly, at least you will look decent..
Our culture and attitude towards sexuality has to change. Most girls never groom themsleves well. They look terrible. Boys are equally bad. They look as though they have come out working 8hours in a coal mine.
Until the whole country improves with the above things, it will only get worse. If not for arranged marriages, most Indians would struggle to find a girl.
They are fat- eat lots of sugar, fat and carbs. Women are even more pitiable because, before it begins the game ends; the men come very fast- less than 5 mins.
