Its a chance for the perverted young men to drink the local bhaang and molest girls in the name of applying color.... Its too bad that some girls are allowing boys to openly feel their body parts and parents dont mind and say that they're celebrating the festival......

When boys and girls are high on bhaang...they tend to play with "colors" and "bhaang" each other... Its always good to carry a plastic to protect the "color" from spoiling your "clothes"
