what nonsense is this? you call it things to be RECIPE for HOLI? ... SEV? DAHI WADA and GUJIYA? utter nonsense! We were looking for something new recipes and not the same old ones Indians had been eating for centuries. Come on Grow up ... PANKAJ needs to show some more variety and versatility in dishes.

manish, we second you. this looks more like the paid promotion for some 5-star hotel's holi fete. all the states in India have a unique n distinct menu of food items for all festivals, including sankranti, gudi padwa, shravan, dussehra, diwali etc. i have stayed in my college hostel & personally savoured hence i'm telling n not speculating like rediff. what's this utter nonsense?

also ajit, how about you sending some? let's see you score brownies yourself on gk of Indian food tradition?
