This is my personal experience. For the 1st Job after my graduation, i was rejected at 34 places and got selected at a Multinational Co., where i worked for 22 years earning couple of promotions and then there was no looking back, to-day at the age of 76 i am working after glob trotting in my earlier assignments. Moral of the story " Never give up, find out where you didn't do well, correct the strategy and appear for the next interview" Success has to follow you and make you suitable for the job.
