Supercede and Supersede both may be correct.

Nope ... "Sede' means to sit (sedan gets it name). So supersede means what sits over the earlier. Hope it helped

The word "vacuum" is more often misspelled as Vaccum.It should be placed first.

when you type in email or word, disctionary helps you because of which you never memorise correct spelling of the word.

Yes. The technology is making us more and more dumb day by day.

Words like committee and vacuum are missing from rediff list.

Moreover, the computers' language is more or less American English...
Vapour has become vapor.... There are many like this and these add to our 'dumb"ness even more....
